MuDA got selected for the “Osaka Canvas Project” and participated for stage art, work shop, and stage performance. “Osaka Canvas Project ” is an art festival, which represents Osaka as a canvas to let artists present their piece and spread new urban charm of Osaka.

The festival took place at Osaka “Nakanoshima GATE”, and was held for 10 days.

“ZONE” appeared on the vacant island, where the three rivers meet. On the island, there were 300 endangered animals established, flock-ing symbol of the zone called “fountain of life”. Surrounded by endangered monochrome animals, on the pure white "fountain of life" stage, in middle of the night view of mega city, 6 men hit each other and shout for "life" with the bare body language Using music and projection, MuDA represented the over flowing energy from the “Fountain of Life”, which is caused by men's circulation activities, struggle, resistant, standing and falling. Perfect harmony of the mega city’s night view, monochrome animals, dance, music, and video art, with the theme of life collision and the circulation, was nothing but a special rite.
